If the camera lens had focused in on James’ life from a very early age, you’d know he used to draw road maps of the suburban Long Island town he grew up in. He would look forward to grocery shopping with his mother just so he could get his hands on a free copy of the local Realty Magazine as he exited the store. His favorite board game was The Game of Life where he became enamored with the House Deed cards. Whether it was the dumb pun of the split Split-Level, the Mobile Home offensively next to a toxic waste plant or the laughably underpriced Tudor and Victorian (even by 1990’s standards), he has been in-tune with the real estate market since he can honestly remember.
A whole other life went by full of passion projects and jobs including acting, recording, opening a restaurant, starting a catering business, ending up on ABC’s The Chew with an acclaimed national product and a respectable foray into outside sales with the largest craft brewery in America.
All of that is fun table talk, but since moving to North Carolina in 2018 he became ambitious in navigating this ever-changing, exploding housing market. Driven by data, experience and passion, he offers his clients a firm hand across the greater Piedmont and Coastal NC areas.
